Success Is Built On Persuasion And Negotiation
Byron D. has trained and studied communication, persuasion and mediation skills and techniques for decades. For over twenty-five (25) years he has honed his skills in the classroom, courtroom and at the negotiating table. Mr. Danell understands that cases are often won and lost on credibility issues, particularly when exposed during cross examination.
To succeed in cross examination, it’s important to be prepared by developing a deep and thorough understanding of the story. Further, you must be patient and set the “trap” with mundane questions and then wait for the perfect moment to strike. In that sense, Byron feels remote and/or Zoom hearings and/or presentation should be avoided because they are essentially ineffective for the intended purpose of cross-examination.
Byron is able to be present, live and aware of all of the “energies” in the room, trial or hearing. In that way, Byron is able to get a true understanding of people, the players and the legal issues involved in the process.
Justice Prevails, But Justice Is Not Equal
Justice is not free because crime generally necessitates punishment. Justice, however, is the result of the hard work, research, skill and effort.
If you did a serious crime, you are most likely going to do some time; the focus may shift from guilt or innocence to an analysis of whether the punishment “fits” or is proportionate to the crime alleged. If the evidence is leaning strongly towards your guilt, Byron D. will communicate, negotiate and persuade the authorities to reduce the charges, minimize the potential exposure and/or penalties and obtain the best possible result under the circumstances.
We promise to try to get you the results you need and deserve. This can only be accomplished by having experienced, dedicated legal professionals on your side.
